Guess Which Key Characters Finally Meet In Game of Thrones’ Seventh Season?

It’s all happening. Based on a recent filming report from Game Of Thrones superfan site Watchers on The Wall, it looks as though an impressive number of characters from GoT’s epic and divergent storylines will finally find themselves face-to-face next season.

House Targaryen, House Stark, and House Lannister will be represented by Emilia Clarke’s Daenerys Targaryen, Kit Harington’s Jon Snow, as well as Lannister siblings Cersei (Lena Headey) and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) in a meeting that appears to take place at the site of the Targaryen’s mythic Dragonpit—a domed dragon nest that has sat in ruin since the Targaryen civil war. (The real-world set is located in Italy, at the ruins of the ancient and equally mythic Roman city of Italica.)

Along with the aforementioned GoT royals and wannabe royals, the gathering is rumoured to also include the Greyscale-inflicted Ser Jorah (Iain Glen), enigmatic Lord Varys (Conleth Hill), Khaleesi‘s trusted interpreter Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel), Qyburn (Anton Lesser), The Hound, Sandor Clegane (Rory McCann), and—last but definitely not least—Ser Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane (played by Icelandic actor Hafthor Bjornsson).

But (sorta-spoiler alert!) the cast reunion isn’t the only big news—Watchers on The Wall reports that someone brings a dire warning to the gathering, in the form of a wight (the blue-eyed, zombie-like reanimated corpses who’ve been touched by the White Walkers and conscripted into their army).

The terrifying wight demo must mean that at least one faction wants an alliance instead of war—anyone want to place bets of the likelihood of that outcome?
