Last week, we saw that Arthur’s reunion with his deceased father was anything but sweet. Rather than the slow motion embrace that Arthur may have hoped, he was greeted with Uther’s spirit who, like any caring parent (ha!) was determined to right the wrongs his son has made as the ruler of Camelot. Leaving Arthur and Merlin to save the people of Camelot before evil daddy Uther could do any serious damage.

It is with this heart wrenching story - in the sense that Arthur didn’t get the happily ever after that he may have wished - that we enter the next chapter of horrors that awaits Camelot. In the appropriately titled episode "Another’s Sorrow" we see the arrival of Princess Mithian , seeking the super duo that is Merlin and Arthur’s help in rescuing her father King Rodor from Odin... Yup, the same Odin whose assassin killed Arthur’s father.

Will Arthur be caught between saving the king and seeking vengeance for his father’s death? Only time will tell - let’s just hope Merlin is on his A-game because this proves to be one drama filled episode!
