A Very Morgan Christmas Blog
What do I want for Christmas?
I really want a PS4 for Christmas. I love breaking out my Super Nintendo or Sega Genesis, but I think it’s time I experience gaming of the 21st century—no matter how scary it might seem. Plus, we talk about so many cool games on InnerSpace that I feel like I’m missing out. Stockings are a big deal in my family—almost more so than the presents wrapped under the tree—so I would love some new PS4 games and DLC as stocking stuffers. I’m thinking Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare because it looks hilarious, Child of Lightbecause it looks so beautiful, and Watch Dogs because I secretly want to be a hacker. Oh, and The Last of Us and Destiny. Too many games to choose! I also want a gift certificate for Shelfies, which is a local clothing brand that sells outrageous pieces, like this Pizza Party jumpsuit. I giggle every time I browse their site.
What am I doing for the holidays?
I’m looking forward to crawling under the covers and not coming out until 2015. Just kidding (not really). I’m actually looking forward to hanging out in my pajamas for two weeks straight. As much as I love all the funky outfits I get to wear on InnerSpace, I’m looking forward to elastic waist band pants and slippers. In light of the awesomely insane new trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road, I want to dedicate one day to marathoning all of the Mad Max films. I grew up watching them as a kid but I haven’t seen them in forever. I would also like to start working out regularly. I feel like this is everyone’s New Year’s resolution, but I’ve been putting it off for years. The only problem is that I detest working out. I even have a gym located in my apartment building, so I really don’t have any excuses. Except for those days when I want to relax in my pajamas and watch movies all day. I have a tough journey ahead of me.
What am I most excited for in 2015?
So excited for all of the movies we’ve been talking about on InnerSpace to finally come out. Sometimes, we’re discussing movies a year before they’re actually in theatres. First of all, I can’t wait for Kingsman: The Secret Service out in February, followed by Mad Max: Fury Road in May, and Ant-Man in July. Victor Frankenstein with my love Daniel Radcliffe and Crimson Peak with my other love Tom Hiddleston are both out in October, while the new Bond flick, Spectre, is out in November. For the greatest early Christmas gift of all, Star Wars: The Force Awakens is due in theatres December 18, 2015. Aside from all the new movies, I’m also excited about all the possibilities of 3D printing. After shooting a bunch of stories on 3D printing this year, I hope next year we can actually print full meals. (I’m not a very good cook.)
